new skills to support the lotr wars theme

you should make 2 new skills, fellowship's loyalty and underlord's faith. the level should go up to 1000 (not as much exp requirements as regular skills) and the higher or lower the alignment (the type of skills these are) the kind of weapons you can use, the leader of each side should automatically start with 1000 for legoas or aragorn and who ever is for the underlords
