Okay to start right click on you desktop.

Then move your mouse down to new, and choose make new folder

name by pressing alt+0160 and let alt go

nothing should be there

now for the icon

right click and goto properties

go to the custamize tab, and click change icon and scroll over and chose the one thats not there just a white space

click ok and bam no folder =]
